International Financial Advisors (IFA) is a public company based in Kuwait City (Kuwait) and was established in January 1974. IFA's shares are listed on both the Kuwait Stock Exchange and Dubai Financial Market. It operates within the real estate sector, focusing on diversified real estate activities. The company has experienced an exceptional growth, and has been since recognized as one of the most affluent financial companies of Kuwait. It has 43 subsidiaries operating across the British Islands, Southern Africa, Western Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia. It provides financial advisory services; trading in local and international securities; borrowing, lending, issuing guarantees; managing investment funds and portfolios; and trading in future contracts. The company also provides diversified financial services in different sectors: leasing, real estate, services, investment, leisure. The company's main business is structured into two segments, namely asset management and investment services. Asset management offers fund and wealth management services, and investment services is engaged in core holdings and strategic and portfolio investments. The company operates through a number of subsidiaries that are engaged in different business sectors, such as hotels and resorts, travel and tourism, real estate, property development, aviation, airlines, and securities trading.
