1.Net income for the fourth quarter amounted to SAR 208 million, compared to net income of SAR 136 million for the same quarter of previous year with an increase of 53%, and compared to a net income of SAR 196 million for the third quarter with an increase of 6%.
2.Total operating income for the fourth quarter amounted to SAR 490 million compared to SAR 487 million for the same quarter of last year with an increase of 0.6%.
3.Income from investing and financing activities for the fourth quarter amounted to SAR 433 million compared to SAR 316 million for the same quarter of previous year with an increase of 37%.
4.Net income for the year amounted to SAR 733 million, compared to net income of SAR 431 million for the previous year registered an increase of 70%.
5.Earning per share for the year amounted to SAR 0.49 compared to SAR 0.29 for the previous financial year.
6.Total operating income for the year amounted to SAR 1,826 million compared to SAR 1,388 million for the previous financial year with an increase of 32%.
7.Income from investing and financing activities for the year amounted to SAR 1,517 million compared to SAR 1,112 million for the previous financial year with an increase of 36%.
8.Total assets as at December 31, 2012 amounted to SAR 54,014 million compared to SAR 36,783 million as at December 31, 2011 with an increase of 47%, investments as at December 31, 2012 amounted to SAR 1,960 million compared to SAR 3,428 million as at December 31, 2011 with a decrease of 43%, financing portfolio as at December 31, 2012 amounted to SAR 37,187 million compared to SAR 25,260 million as of December 31, 2011 with an increase of 47%, and the customers deposit as at December 31, 2012 amounted to SAR 32,214 million compared to SAR 17,776 million as at December 31, 2011 with an increase of 81%.
9.Increase in net income for the present quarter compared to the same quarter of last year was mainly due to growth in the core banking activities.
10.Increase in net income for the present period compared to the same period of last year was mainly due to growth in the core banking activities.
