Underscoring the excellent relations between Ahli United Bank (AUB) and the Public Authority for Minors Affairs (PAMA), the bank received two groups from PAMA and conducted for them an intensive training program on the work of many of the Bank’s departments, including Treasury, Private Banking Services Department, Wealth Management and Risk Management. The program, which was designed to acquaint the Bank’s guests with the nature of the banking business, marks the start of close cooperation between Ahli United Bank and the Public Authority for Minors Affairs.
The visiting delegation had the opportunity to experience and gain a clear knowledge of the way the bank provides its world class banking products and services, how it succeeds in understanding and catering for the aspirations of its customers. The delegation also gained a first-hand knowledge of the way the bank operates according to the provisions of the Islamic Sharia, and its vision and role in discharging its social responsibility.
Musaed Al Muheeb, from the Investment Department at PAMA has coordinated with Miss Rasha Saud Jaafar, Senior Manager of Private Banking Services and Wealth Management at AUB to arrange and supervise the visit and the training program. Miss Jaafar made a detailed presentation on the role the bank plays in providing private banking and wealth management services to its customers in line with the best global standards.
During the visit, Ahli United Bank honored the Authority’s delegation in the presence of Dr Abdullatif Ahmed Al-Sanan, PAMA’s Deputy General Manager for Developing the Minors’ Funds, Mr. Motaz Alrafie, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AUB’s Banking Group, and Medhat Tawfik, General Manager of Private Banking Services and Wealth Management at the bank. Both sides foresee that cooperation between them will extend to include several other aspects.
Speaking at the honoring ceremony, Dr Abdullatif Ahmed Al-Sanan, thanked the management of Ahli United Bank for hosting and training the members of PAMA’s delegation, and said he looked forward to a closer cooperation between the Authority and the Bank.
