Manama: Batelco, Bahrain’s leading business communications solutions provider, has launched an online portal for the enterprise sector.
This functionality is the latest addition to the already established Batelco e-Services, which allows corporate customers to login to the portal by using their commercial registration number.
The portal provides a suite of benefits for organisations as it allows business users to access information regarding their data circuits, giving customers full visibility on their account status and circuit performance; customers can now check the billing and activity status of all their circuits by simply entering their tag numbers.
The portal also provides users with rapid support services such as instant order tracking, upgrade requests and quotation applications.
Batelco has also introduced a dedicated live chat line for enterprise support, which is also accessible via the e-Services portal. Specialists from the Batelco Service Management Centre will be available on-hand to chat with and support business customers.
Additionally, the upgraded e-Services gateway includes enhanced reporting on faults for data connectivity services, as well as a complaint management system which allows users to raise complaints online.
Corporate customers can also make use of a direct link to Batelco’s secure service monitoring portal, NetView, where they can view complete information on the utilisation, performance and availability of network links.
Batelco’s enterprise division assistant general manager Donya Al Ansari stressed that Batelco places customer satisfaction and empowerment at the core of its business.
“The portal will provide our customers with clear and complete views of all their data circuits, as well as equip them with an easy means to request further services,” Ms Al Ansari said.
