UAE-based Damac Properties has announced the launch of 'The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences,' an inspiring new collection of golf and beach-style living apartments set within its Akoya Oxygen master development in Dubai.

A collection of five towers, Phase One will see the release of three-bedroom apartments with prices starting at Dh1.25 million ($340,312) along with a three-year payment plan.

The units will go on sale at Maison Café, Damca Maison Canal Views, Al Abraj Street, Business Bay in Dubai, on Wednesday (July 13).

These three-bedroom apartments are designed for a new generation of millennials - aspiring young couples and young families looking for the perfect vacation home or permanent residence in Dubai, focused on lifestyle and well-being, in a secure 21st century community environment.

The resort-style residential and hotel complex will provide residents and visitors alike with a holiday-like experience with views over the golf and expansive pools and surrounded by artificial sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes and entertainment areas in addition to trendy gyms, spa areas and dedicated children's play areas. The residential units will benefit from the hospitality services of the Damac Maison de Ville Navitas nearby.

Ziad El Chaar, the managing director, Damac Properties, said: "The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is for those who would like to enjoy relaxed, resort-like living and escape from the bustle of urban life. The serenity of the community and the green, open spaces are best-suited to residents and tourists who treasure the tranquility of a beach-front setting while still being in close proximity to the city."

"The hotel units will also provide investors with the opportunity to be part of the emirate's flourishing hospitality industry, with lucrative returns and hassle-free management through a rental agreement with the operator, where the administration, management, bookings and maintenance are taken care of," he stated.

The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is set within the sprawling 55-million-sq-ft Akoya Oxygen master development, dubbed 'Dubai's first green residential addresses and winner of the "Best golf course development" award in the International Property Awards.

Residents will enjoy a stunning green environment that's both easily accessible and yet set in the heart of nature.

They will also benefit from access to the world-class facilities of Akoya Oxygen, including the 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design, Vista Lux's retail, hospitality and entertainment and Dubai's first tropical rainforest, as well as healthy dining options, an organic fresh market, schools and nurseries.-
