The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has recorded the biggest residential land sale in Dubai so far this year. The plot, measuring 120,000 square feet, has been sold by a businessman, Kamel Alzarka to an eminent Emirati for Dhs60 million.

PH Real Estate Brokers (formerly PowerHouse Real Estate Brokers) has facilitated the biggest residential land sale in the emirate.

Nick Grassick, Managing Director, PH Real Estate says, “We are proud to have brokered such an exceptional sale for our clients.” The land, which sits directly in front of the golf course and central lakes, is probably the largest residential freehold plot in Dubai.

Myles Bush, CEO, PH Real Estate who brokered the deal says, “There is nothing of this size that we know of in Emirates Hills or on the Palm Jumeirah.” The new buyers plan to build three custom-designed mansions for different members of the family. “These kind of high-profile transactions have a positive knock-on effect to the rest of the market,” says Bush.

PH Real Estate, earlier in 2016, also broke Dubai records with the sale of a Dhs53 million residential property in Emirates Hills.
