UAE's leading telecom services operator Etisalat has launched a new business devices program offering its small and medium business (SMB) customers a comprehensive range of latest office devices at zero upfront cost and easy instalment plans.
Under this new program, devices for SMBs are not bundled with any service, thereby facilitating existing customers to buy their device of choice on a standalone basis, said a statement from Etisalat.
The company pointed out that the SMBs have three universal needs - convenience, transparency and value for money. In terms of Capex and Opex, tight cash flow and budgets restrict SMBs to put a huge capital outlay.
In line with Etisalat’s commitment to support growth in this segment, the telco’s new Opex-centric devices offering ensures that SMBs benefit from a flexible, affordable and transparent purchase option to meet their basic operational needs.
The extended range of categories include office equipment, computing devices, communication devices, network and storage devices as well as security devices, said Etisalat in its statement.
These include a laptop, desktop, tablet, smart watch, multi-function printer, projector, server, smart TV, video conferencing systems, surveillance camera, micro data centres and much more - all under one roof, providing superior and reliable performance, it stated.
The business-grade devices will be available to customers on a one-time payment basis or at a flexible monthly payment plan of 12, 18, 24 or 36 months, as per the requirement of the business, said the statement.
Etisalat’s device offering also includes free delivery across the UAE for all devices and equipment right to the customers’ doorstep and on-site installation for selected business devices. All devices are covered under full manufacturer warranty, it added.
John Lincoln, the senior vice president, SMB at Etisalat, said: "It is a very crucial sector and we are dedicated to serve their distinct business needs. Our propositions are specially designed to help SMBs be more productive and run their business better by catering to their needs of transparency, affordability and the simplicity of having to deal with one service provider for all their ICT needs."
"We are excited to introduce our new Business Devices proposition where we offer a wide range of business grade office equipment at zero upfront and flexible payment options, and other value-added services for SMBs to optimise their performance and improve efficiency," he added.
