After the AGM, a meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 19th March 2014 and following decisions were taken:

1. Elected Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Khonji - Chairman of the Board
2. Elected Mr. Awad Mohamed Faraj Bamkhalif - Deputy Chairman of the Board
3. Elected Mr. Mohamed Abdulla Mohamed Al Khonji - Chairman of the Executive Committee.
4. Elected Mr. Mr. Qaboos Abdulla Mohamed Al Khonji - Chairman of the Audit Committee
5. Appointed Mr. K.P. Pathmarajah Pillai as Secretary of the Board The Composition of the Oman Hotels and Tourism Company SAOG Board is as under:

2. Mr. Awad Mohamed Faraj Bamkhalif - Deputy Chairman
