Oman’s central bank said competitive bids worth OMR267.98 million were received against recently issued bonds worth OMR150 million.
The average yield equivalent per cent to the accepted price was 5.57 per cent at a price of OMR99.47 while the highest yield equivalent was at 5.68 per cent for OMR98.64 and the lowest was at 5 per cent for OMR103.90.
The 10-year bond will be issued on December 27, 2016 and will mature on December 27, 2026, carrying a coupon rate of 5.5 per cent per annum.
