The Qatar Exchange was down on Wednesday 67.22 points or 0.96% to 6,899.81 points from 6,967.03 on Tuesday. The volume of shares traded increased to 7,613,756 from 4,675,402 on Tuesday, and the value of shares was QR276,002,248.60 from 159,811,308.75 Tuesday. Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped by 2.32% to QR96.30, Vodafone Qatar lost 1.83% to QR8.10, Comm. Bank Of Qatar fell 1.77% to QR66.40 and Barwa down 1.71% to QR28.70. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector fell 79.45 points and the Insurance sector was down 95.08 points. The Qatar industrial sector lost 114.57 points and the Services sector fell 41.66 points.
