The Qatar Exchange on Monday jumped by adding further 104.24 points or 1.51% to 7,024.72 points from 6,920.48 Sunday. The volume of shares traded increased to 12,951,634 from 7,090,714 on Sunday and the value of shares was up QR342,592,596.70 from QR210,522,501.85 Sunday. Top gainers were Intl. Islamic Bank which was up 5.85% to QR44.10, Rayan which gained 5.07% to QR14.40, Barwa which rose 3.10% to QR30.00 and National Leasing which was up 1.92% to QR26.30. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector added 192.99 points and the Insurance sector shows 0.00 points. The Qatar industrial sector rose 64.76 points and the Services sector was up 61.02 points.
