Qatar Islamic Bank discloses the preliminary 2009 financial statements

Qatar Islamic Bank discloses the preliminary financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009. The preliminary financials revealed a net profit of QR 1.3 billion in 2009.

The bank recommended a profit distribution in the form of 60% cash dividends; equivalent to QR 6/share subject to the QCB and AGM approval which expected to be convened on March 10, 2010.
