The Qatar Exchange turned green during the first couple of hours trading on Sunday 9th Feb 2014. The index adding 60.33 points or 0.54 percent reached at 11,252.54.
QE sectors indices performed in a mixed fashion. Consumer Goods & Services sector advanced 0.97 percent. Bank & Financial Services and Transportation followed it with 0.8 percent each.
The market breadth was favorable with 21 issues witnessing advances against 16 declining stocks.
QE Total Volume set sold more than 9 million shares during this time span.
