The Board of Directors of Saudi Telecom has approved on 30/6/1436 corresponding to 19/4/2015 the distribution of interim dividend to the shareholders for the period First Quarter 2015 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 2,000 Millions
2.Divided per share SAR 1
3.Divided represent 10% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on Sunday 26/4/2015
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 14/5/2015
The distribution will be through Saudi Fransi Bank branches. STC urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends.
