The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) announces the listing and trading units of Osool & Bakheet Investment Company’s Real Estate Investment Traded Fund “AL Ma’ather REIT” as of Tuesday 22/08/2017, with the symbol 4334 in the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds (REITs) sector, with a 10% daily price fluctuation limit per unit.
According to the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions announced by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Sunday 30/10/2016, the main investment objective of Real Estate Investment Traded Funds – known globally as REITs – is investing in developed real estate that generate rental income.
