ZAIN KSA has launched its interactive customer care program which enables customers to participate in honoring and motivating customer care employees by their assessment when contacting the customer service center (959).
The company lately held a concert to honor the best employees who received the highest evaluation by subscribers in the presences of those who participated and contributed to the evaluation.
Such initiative comes as a part of the company’s quest to achieve new levels of excellence in customer care center that are based on forming an interactive relation with the network users, aligned with its strive to develop all its technical and customer care services.
