(TAIBA) is engaged in owning shares of kuwaiti or foreign joint stock and limited liabilities companies, as well as participating in establishing, managing, financing, and acting as guarantor for these companies against others; owning industrial patents such as industrial trade marks, royalties or any other related rights and franchises them to other companies / uses them in Kuwait and abroad, owning real estate and movable property essential to conduct its operations. Damac Kuwaiti Holding Co. also invests its surplus funds in real estate portfolios managed by specialized companies.
